Jeep Wrangler Hard Top Mopar Black Touch Up Paint

Jeep Wrangler Hard Top Mopar

Jeep Wrangler hard top touch-up paint You are buying one genuine Mopar BLACK touch up paint bottle. This one is for Jeep Wrangler's that came equipped with a black hard top. It contains 1/2 fluid ounces with a neat little brush applicator to make touch-up a snap.

Used to cover up big paint scratches on my 2007 Jeep's Freedom Top panels. The paint had been scratched down to white courtesy of careless handling by my husband and kids. Took mere minutes to cover it all up. Once dried you can't tell where the paint is unless you look very closely at the deeper nicks. There is a lot in the bottle, can be used pen style or brush style. Also works MUCH better than the sharpie fixed recommended by many Jeep Wrangler hard top owners.

This paint is a pretty good (almost perfect) match to my Jeep hard top. Not the bod colored black but the rough textured black one. I had scratched from taking it off and on. This paint did a pretty good job of hiding those. If you didn't know to look for them you would not see them.

This stuff worked amazing. In less than 15 minutes I had both sides done and with the texture in the paint, you can just barely tell on some of the bigger areas I used it on. If anyone else was looking, I'm not sure they would see. Also I don't see those white spots poking thru from 10 feet away anymore. In fact, as I said, you can stare hard from 12 inches away before you can see where this product was applied.

Overall this was a pretty great touch up for the hard top on my 2015 Jeep Wrangler unlimited. On smaller nicks, it makes them nearly invisible. It applies wet or glossy and slowly dries to be more of a flat/matte finish.

The Jeep Wrangler hard top this paint is not an exact match on scratches, but it is very good. If you look at the "reflection" of the hard top in a similar way you'd angle your eyes to look at the mirror finish of a car's gloss paint, the touch up appears slightly "wet".

Straight on and in most light however the touch up appears to be invisible, completely hiding scratches or nicks. At the absolute worst, the touch up looks like a slightly greasy fingerprint line down the Mopar Jeep hard top touch up paint as opposed to awful white scratches.
